This one is for the citrus lovers! Our friend Adam from Pipi Cafe in New Zealand has created this bittersweet twist on a classic martini. This mix is not overly sweet so won't take away from the nuances of your favourite vodka or gin. 


50ml gin or vodka
15ml sin-kō-nah tonic syrup
Juice of 1/4 grapefruit
1 sprig of mint


  1. To a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients. 
  2. Pop on the lid and shake well.
  3. Use the peel of the grapefruit to add a little juice to the rim of your martini glass.
  4. Pour and sip with pleasure.
