An adult icy pole that's perfect for a hot summer's day. To make this an extra special treat, serve in a glass with a shot of gin topped with soda.
Cooking Time: 10 mins + 5 hrs
In a jug, mix the pink grapefruit juice and kȯ-fē tonic syrup. Add maple syrup to taste and place in icy pole moulds along with a slice of pink grapefruit.
Freeze until frozen, about 5 hours.
*You can also use cordial or a blood orange soda.
