Simple Syrupy Ice-cream

We cheat a little here...

Amazing quality vanilla ice-cream
Pick your favourite: sin-kō-nah or kȯ-fē tonic syrup


  1. Scoop 2 or 3 scoops of ice-cream into a bowl.
  2. Drizzle over the tonic syrup.
  3. If using our coffee tonic syrup, crush and sprinkle over a small amount of roasted coffee beans.
  4. Enjoy!
