kȯ-fē Negroni
The Negroni was first created in Florence, Italy in 1919. It is said that Count Camillo Negroni wanted to change up his Americano, so he replaced the soda water with gin! As the Count was an Italian man, we're confident he would be happy with this espresso-spiked addition to his beloved beverage.
Ingredients:
30ml gin
25ml Cinzano Rosso
25ml Campari
10ml kȯ-fē tonic syrup
Method:
- In an old fashioned or 'rocks' glass, add ice. We love using a single, large cube of ice.
- Pour in all the ingredients and stir.
- Garnish with a large orange peel or slice of blood red orange.
