Why not make a classic negroni just a little more bitter (and tasty), we say!


30mls gin of your choice
25mls Cinzano rosso
20mls sin-kō-nah tonic syrup
1-2 dashes of Angostura orange bitters


  1. In a shot glass, add a large block of ice (or 3 small ones).
  2. Pour all ingredients in and stir.
  3. Garnish with a large orange peel.
