A Mean Fruit Punch

Miranda Sharp, Director of Melbourne Farmers' Market, has been known to make a mean fruit punch. As with all good punch recipes, there's no precise measurements here! 

In a traditional punch bowl or large jug, add some ice and then fill:

Approximately 1/3 with ginger ale or ginger beer.
About 2/3 of soda water.
A good pour of fresh orange juice.
A dash of pomegranate cordial or homemade citrus cordial.
Zest of a lime or two.
A generously large slug of sin-kō-nah tonic syrup to taste.

Give a good stir, and add in whatever seasonal fruit you have: orange segments, strawberries, lime wedges, pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
