Bittersweet Tonic Water

For a refreshing drink with a lot less sugar and a lot more flavour, use our simple syrup to make a delicious bittersweet tonic water. 

200ml sparkling mineral water (or water from your soda stream)
20ml sin-kō-nah tonic syrup
2 lime wedges


  1. In a standard glass, add ice. 
  2. Pour in the tonic syrup and sparkling water.
  3. Squeeze 1 lime wedge and then pop the other one in as a garnish.
  4. Give it all a good stir. Enjoy!
